CORPSES BEING CARRIED AWAY FROM COLLAPSED SYNAGOGUE CHURCH

It would be recalled that a five-storey building collapsed at the headquarters of Synagogue Church in Ikotun, Lagos state.


There is a new twist to the Synagogue Church of All Nations after a building collapse saga.

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) on Friday said only three people were confirmed dead but a statement from the church’s media department said no death has been recorded.

But reports coming from the scene says a trailer load of corpses have been discovered from the debris at the church, most of whom were said to be church members, artisans and labourers who were trapped in the collapsed building.

The actual figure of dead people are yet to be ascertained as eye witness claims that nearly 100 people have died in the incident that happened on Friday.
