JUST IN !!! RECENTLY RENOVATED ENUGU AIRPORT FLOODED

The Enugu airport has been flooded due to heavy rainfall despite undergoing three major renovations recently.

 The airport was closed on February 10, 2010, by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) for the first phase of major renovation and expansion works. It was re-opened on December 16, 2010, before then going through a third batch of renovations last year.The airport has welcomed its first international flight since its renovation in 2013, but is now flooded despite the millions of Naira spent on the renovation.

I think ''seaport''  will be a more suitable name for the Enugu international airport now.
