HOW WELL DO YOU DO THIS (RELAX) ?

Relaxation, is one Of the easiest yet difficult thing to do these days.
We are always bothered about the next minute,hour,day or even what will happen. In the following year.Especially with the
EBOLA outbreak,people are just scared and worried to the extent some people cant sleep or have peace of mind.
This is not meant to be the case, as studies have found out that the human specie is able to proffer solutions to problems best when He (humans) is asleep. So this study has even shown to us that we don’t need to worry all the time because worrying will not give a solution to whatever problem you are worrying about.It never has for anyone.
  So its time to relax, plan and let nature take its course. Because worrying Will not do you any good but rather make your health go from good to bad or even worse, you might end up becoming seriously depressed.So many people, have lost their lives as a result of severe depression.They find themselves in a place where its difficult for anyone even trained therapist to bring them back.Some even go ahead to commit suicide.this is wrong i tell you .
  So I leave you with this...

* Don’t think too much! You’ll create a problem that wasn’t even there in the first place. * Relaxing, experiencing nature and laughing are what rejuvenate me and make me feel happy.why not try thesame?
* Do something that brings smiles to your face and you will see how easy it is to deal with your everyday problems.

So let’s make our world better by relaxing more and encourage others to do same…
